Steam & Gas Turbine Blades

We manufacture moving (rotor) and stationary (stator) blades for steam and gas turbines, including complex airfoil profiles and replacement components for machines already in service.

Each blade is machined on multi-axis CNC equipment, profile-finished and inspected against the drawing or reverse-engineered geometry, with traceable quality records for every batch.

Diaphragms and nozzle partitions form the stationary stages of a steam turbine, guiding the flow onto the moving blades. We manufacture nozzle partitions and diaphragm components and support complete stator assemblies.

Reverse Engineering

When drawings are missing or out of date, we evaluate the existing component, reconstruct its geometry and plan the manufacturing process in CAD/CAM.

The result is a replacement part built to the original's form and function, with the documentation to make it again.
